Clocking In Through the Mobile App

This article explains how to clock in and out using the Frontline Mobile App.

Using the Time Clock

Users whose organizations use the Frontline Insights Platform can clock in directly through the mobile app.

  • From the mobile app’s home page or side navigation, locate the Time Clock section.
  • Tap Clock In to begin the sign-in process.

If prompted, enable Location Services. This setting allows the app to verify your location, which is required for mobile clock-ins. Tap Allow Location Services, then select Allow to continue.

If you work in multiple positions or locations:

  • Select the appropriate Job Type & Location from the dropdown.
  • If your district requires it, choose or enter a comment before clocking in.

Once all fields are complete, tap Clock In. After a successful clock-in, the button will turn red and display Clock Out.

At the end of your workday, repeat the process by pressing Clock Out. The system records your time and automatically updates your Timesheet with your work details.
