Districts that purchase the Frontline Insights Platform also gain access to the Frontline Education mobile app! The user-friendly app provides increased accessibility to key features such as absence creation, Leave Balance recognition, and multiple absence tracking tools.
In preparation, please ensure you meet the following qualifications prior to downloading the app:
Once you meet these qualifications, you can download the app and sign in.
Access the app store on your mobile device and enter "Frontline Education" in the search bar. Press the Get or Install button and install the app.
Once the download is complete, a welcome page will display. Press Get Started to proceed. The Sign In page then appears. Enter your Frontline ID account or use SSO and sign in.
The homepage displays information applicable to your permission setup. Potential in-app features include current absence or leave balance details (if enabled), clock-in/out functionality, timesheet details, and the option to schedule an absence.
Take note, you can also use the mobile app to electronically check in prior to attending a Professional Development event. (You will have previously registered for this event through Professional Learning Management.)
The "Menu" opens a side navigation bar where you can access current tools and settings. Review the options below to learn more about this functionality.

|View your contact list and reference email and/or personal phone options.
|Reference an overview of available Paid Time Off (if you have leave balance details enabled) or absences this past year (if available). It also includes upcoming, past, or denied absences. Simply select a tab at the top to alternate between each option.
|Clock in and out, as well as view position and location details.
|View, edit, and submit your timesheets on the go.
|View upcoming scheduled absences and any Professional Development events you have registered for through Professional Learning Management.
|Review any received messages.
|Navigate to the application's learning center for help content.
|Enable biometric validation and dark mode, or log out of the app.
|Inform Frontline of any bugs or issues with the application's functionality. Your feedback is always welcomed and reviewed in a timely manner.
