Creating a Non Work Day (Subs)

"Non-Work Days" indicate when you are not available to work as a substitute, and they inform the system to not offer you jobs on those days. You can view your current non-work days or make a new entry via the "Non-Work Days" widget on the homepage or by going to  Menu >  Non Work Days.

Press Add Non-Work Day on the homepage widget or press the   icon on the Non Work Day page to create a non work day. This selection provides the following options:

When  
  • Date: The current date is shown by default. Press the  Edit icon to select an alternate date.
  • Repeat: This option is turned off by default. Press the toggle to make this a repeated  day. This will prompt you to indicate the future day (e.g., Every Day, Every X Day, etc.) or the "Until" date for when this non work day will end. 
  • Full Day: This option is turned on by default. Deselect the toggle to indicate a from/to timeframe for when this non work day will occur.   
 
Where  
  • Districts: All applicable districts will be selected by default. Deselect a district to remove it from the non work day.
  • Reason: Include a reason to explain the need for this non work day.

Once you are finished, press Add. The system will list your current non work days, both on the Non Work Day page and on the homepage widget. Select a non work day to view its details. You can optionally press Remove to delete a non work day, as needed.
